This statement goes out to all of our loyal and amazing customers all over the world.

The Brand Name “PILOTFLY” is owned by “PILOTFLY Germany” and “PILOTFLY Taiwan” spanning several different countries and many sales outlets.

The cooperation between the two divisions of the company “PILOTFLY” has recently been terminated due to breach of contract and quality assurance, among other issues. Since the incident, we “PILOTFLY GERMANY” have been working diligently to assure our amazing customers of better products, better quality assurance, and better customer service. We “Pilotfly Germany” made the decision to part ways to upkeep our outstanding reputation in the Filmmaking and Photo community.

Regrettably we will no longer be working alongside “PILOTFLY Taiwan” for any of our designing or manufacturing. This has not been an easy transition for the whole team at “Pilotfly Germany” and we are working tirelessly to create better products for our loyal customers.

For the purposes of transparency and to prevent any confusion with our product line, we “PILOTFLY Germany” have created a New Brand that goes by the name of “PFY”, “PFY” is now officially registered worldwide and is available in all of the same sales outlets you know.

ALL “PFY” products are Developed and Designed in Germany. The “PFY” team is driven to bring our valued customers the best that German Engineering has to offer.

What does this mean for you as customer?
If you purchase or own any “PFY” product we can assure you that it fulfills the highest and strictest quality standards from “PILOTFLY Germany”. And we guarantee Worldwide support before and after-sales with all of our products.

If you’re already a proud “PILOTFLY” owner of one of following Models, no need to worry- we assure you that we will offer you our full support. Other models not listed below with the PILOTFLY Logo on it are property of “Pilotfly Taiwan” and any support or sales questions should be directed to them.
